Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the coaching services, website, and related content provided by WYA Wellness ("WYA Wellness", "we", "us"). By using our website or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
WYA Wellness offers 1:1 online coaching and one-time custom program ("Blueprint") purchases for nutrition, training, and lifestyle habits.
2. Not medical advice
WYA Wellness is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified medical professional before changing your diet, exercise, supplement, or health routine — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a diagnosed medical condition, or take prescription medication. By purchasing you confirm you have no condition that makes dietary or exercise changes unsafe, or you have cleared these changes with your physician. Individual results vary. Do not use this service if you have an active eating disorder.
3. Acceptance & eligibility
By continuing to use the service you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. You will not:
- Use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the service (malware, probing, scraping, etc.).
- Resell, redistribute, or share program materials with third parties.
5. Intellectual property
All coaching materials, plans, written content, branding, and software remain the property of WYA Wellness. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your personal coaching during your active subscription or for personal use of a purchased Blueprint.
6. Payments, subscriptions & billing
Our order process is conducted by Stripe, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. Stripe handles payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, fraud protection, and transaction-level customer support on our behalf. Coaching subscriptions auto-renew every 4 weeks at the then-current price until cancelled. Your bank statement may show LINK.COM* alongside the WYA Wellness descriptor.
7. Refunds & cancellation
See our Refund Policy for full detail. In short: Blueprint refunds are available within 7 days if the PDF has not been delivered; coaching subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active through the paid period with no partial refunds for unused days.
8. Client portal & data
When you purchase coaching, you create a password-protected client account containing your intake responses, weekly check-ins, progress photos, and program history. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. To request an export or deletion of your data, use our data-request form.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WYA Wellness operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
