- Account & coaching data — messages, check-ins, and progress notes during the program.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser, pages viewed, and basic analytics.
- Payment data — handled directly by Stripe (our Merchant of Record); we receive transaction metadata but not full card details.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To evaluate your application and contact you about coaching.
- To deliver and support the coaching program you purchase.
- To process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and tax (via Stripe).
- To improve our website and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering coaching), based on our legitimate interests (running and improving the business, security), with your consent (where required, e.g. marketing), and to meet legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Stripe — our Merchant of Record, who handles payments, subscription management, tax, invoicing, and refund requests.
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and scheduling tools that help us operate the service.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, when needed.
- Authorities — where required by law.

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Once no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
