Refund Policy

The short version
- Blueprint ($50): full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided your PDF has not yet been delivered.
- Coaching ($349 / 4 weeks): cancel anytime. No partial refunds mid-cycle. Access continues through the paid period, then stops — no future charges.
- Response time: refund requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and processed within 5.
Blueprint (one-time purchase)
The Blueprint is a custom PDF program built from your intake responses. Because generation begins immediately after purchase and the deliverable is one-shot, refunds are available:
- Before the PDF is delivered to you: full refund on request within 7 days of purchase.
- After the PDF is delivered: no refund, but if the program materially fails to reflect what you submitted, email me and I'll rebuild it at no charge.
Coaching subscription
Coaching bills in advance on a 4-week cycle. You may cancel at any time.
- Cancelling mid-cycle: your access to the client portal, weekly programs, and check-in calls continues through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
- No auto-renewal after cancellation: once cancelled you will not be billed again.
- First-cycle exception: if you cancel within the first 7 days of your first cycle and have not yet completed your first check-in call, I will refund the cycle in full.
How to request a refund
Email chaseplummer@wyawellness.com from the address on your order. Please include the last 4 digits of the card used, the order date, and a one-line reason. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback, please email me first — most disputes are billing misunderstandings that can be resolved in a single reply, faster than the bank's process. I acknowledge dispute-related emails within 2 business days.
