Sustainable fat loss is usually around 0.5 to 1% of bodyweight per week. Most people notice energy, sleep, and how clothes fit in the first few weeks, and see real body composition changes by week 6 to 8. We're playing the long game on purpose.

Not forever, and not strictly. We start with whatever level of tracking actually fits your life, sometimes that's macros, sometimes it's just photos of meals. The goal is awareness, not obsession.

You're not alone in that. Coaching is honest and low-pressure, and we work within what you can handle. If something deeper comes up, I'll be the first to point you toward the right kind of support, coaching isn't a replacement for therapy.

Nope. Training is built around what you actually have access to, a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just bodyweight and walking to get started.

Coaching runs in 12-week cycles. That's the shortest window where habits get real and results start stacking up. After your first cycle, you can keep going or pause.
